Lymph Node update for Breast Cancer

I was very excited to read this article from the New York Times today stating that a new study shows lymph node removal (when chemo and radiation have been used) may not be necessary. WHY? Because, I had a cancerous lymph node behind my breast plate that was not removed (even though I had many removed under my arm). SO -- the combination of chemotherapy and radiation, according to this study, is enough!

Just a little more peace of mind as I move forward in my cancer free life :)
